One Stop Flix (“we,” “us”) runs onestopflix.com, a free streaming site for original films and mini-series made with AI. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.
Information we collect
If you just watch. You don’t need an account to watch anything on One Stop Flix. Like most websites, our servers and tools automatically record basic technical information such as your IP address, browser type, device, pages visited, and the time of your visit.
If you sign up for “Notify Me.” We collect the email address you enter so we can tell you when new episodes and series are released.
If you submit a film or series. We collect what you send us through the Submit page or by email, which may include your name, email address, creator or channel name, social media links, your film files or links, thumbnails, preview stills, and descriptions.
If you tip or book a paid spot. Payments are handled by Stripe. We receive your name, email address, the amount, and whether the payment went through, plus the booking details you enter (your film, trailer link, preferred start date, and message). We never receive your full card number. Stripe’s privacy policy covers how Stripe handles your information.
If you contact us. We keep the messages you send us and your email address so we can reply.
How we use your information
- To run the site and stream videos to you.
- To send “Notify Me” updates you asked for. Every email includes a way to unsubscribe, or you can email us to be removed.
- To review, publish, and promote submitted films, and to credit creators. If you opt in, your social links appear on your film’s page.
- To process tips and paid spotlight bookings, and to email you about your booking.
- To answer messages and handle takedown requests.
- To understand how the site is used, improve it, and keep it secure and free of spam.
We do not sell your personal information.
Cookies and analytics
We use cookies and similar technologies to keep the site working, speed it up, and protect it from spam and abuse. We may use analytics tools such as Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the site. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Some features may not work properly without them.
Videos on One Stop Flix are embedded from YouTube in privacy-enhanced mode. When you press play, YouTube may collect information under its own privacy policy.
Advertising and affiliate links
One Stop Flix is free to watch and may be supported by ads, sponsored or featured placements, and affiliate links. If you click an affiliate link and make a purchase, we may earn a commission at no extra cost to you. Advertising and affiliate partners may use their own cookies, and their use of your information is governed by their own privacy policies.
Who we share information with
We share information only with service providers that help us run the site, such as our web host, email delivery, payment processing (Stripe), backup, security, and analytics services, and only as needed for them to do that work. We may also share information if required by law or to protect our rights, users, or the site.
How long we keep information
- “Notify Me” emails are kept until you unsubscribe or ask us to remove you.
- Submissions we decline are deleted. We don’t keep them.
- Information for published films is kept while the film is on the site and for a reasonable time afterward for our records.
Your choices
You can ask us to access, correct, or delete your personal information, or to unsubscribe you from updates, by emailing legal@onestopflix.com.
Children
One Stop Flix is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has given us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
Security
We use reasonable measures to protect your information, but no website or online service is completely secure.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top shows when it last changed.
