These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of onestopflix.com (“One Stop Flix,” “we,” “us”). By using the site or submitting content, you agree to these Terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the site.

1. The service

One Stop Flix is a free streaming site for original films and mini-series made with AI. No account or subscription is required to watch. We may add, change, or remove content and features at any time.

2. Using the site

You may watch content on One Stop Flix for your personal, non-commercial use. You agree not to:

  • Download, copy, re-upload, or redistribute content from the site unless the creator has given you permission.
  • Interfere with the site, try to get around its security, or use bots or scrapers to collect content or data.
  • Use the site for anything unlawful.

3. AI-generated content

Films and series on One Stop Flix are made using artificial intelligence tools. They are works of fiction. Any resemblance to real people, places, or events is coincidental unless stated otherwise. Views expressed in a film belong to its creator.

4. Submitting your work

You keep ownership. Creators keep all rights to the films and materials they submit. Your video stays on your own YouTube channel. We embed it on One Stop Flix and don’t host or claim it.

License to us. By submitting, you give One Stop Flix a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to embed, stream, display, and promote your submission and its thumbnails, stills, trailers, descriptions, and the director photo, name and bio you provide on the site and on our social media and marketing, for as long as it stays on the site. You also allow us to make reasonable edits for format and display, such as resizing thumbnails or trimming preview clips.

Your promises. By submitting, you confirm that:

  • You created the work or have all the rights needed to submit it, including rights to any music, voices, likenesses, footage, and AI tools used.
  • The work doesn’t infringe anyone else’s copyright, trademark, privacy, or publicity rights.
  • The work doesn’t contain illegal content, sexual content involving minors, or content meant to harass, defame, or deceive real people.

Original characters only. Every character in a film you submit must be original. Don’t use any real person’s face or voice, including celebrities, public figures and AI copies (“deepfakes”) of anyone, unless you have their permission. We remove any film that breaks this rule, even after it’s published.

Review. We review every submission and may accept or decline it for any reason. If we decline it, you’ll see why on your private submission page, and we keep a record of it. Ask us anytime and we’ll delete it. We may remove any published work at any time.

Removing your work. You can ask us to take down your film at any time by emailing us. We will remove it within 7 days.

5. Takedown requests

If you believe content on One Stop Flix infringes your copyright or other rights, email legal@onestopflix.com with:

  • Your name and contact information.
  • The work you believe is being infringed.
  • A link to the page on One Stop Flix where it appears.
  • A statement that you believe in good faith the use is not authorized, and that the information in your notice is accurate.

We act on valid takedown requests within 7 days and may remove content from creators who repeatedly infringe.

6. Our content

The One Stop Flix name, logo, and site design belong to us. Creator films belong to their creators. Nothing in these Terms gives you ownership of either.

7. Ads, sponsors, and links

The site may show ads, sponsored or featured placements, and affiliate links, and may link to other websites. We are not responsible for other websites or for products or services offered by advertisers or affiliates.

8. Tips and paid spotlights

Tips. “Buy Us Popcorn” tips are voluntary one-time payments to support One Stop Flix. They don’t buy any product, content, or perks, and they aren’t tax-deductible. Tips are non-refundable. If something went wrong with a payment, email partners@onestopflix.com.

Paid spotlights. You can pay to feature a film that’s already on One Stop Flix in the Spotlight banner, the Featured Slider, or as Film of the Week. Each spot runs for 7 days.

  • Review. We review every booking and may decline any booking for any reason. If we decline your booking or can’t run it, we’ll refund you in full.
  • Dates. We confirm your start date by email. Your preferred start date isn’t guaranteed.
  • All sales are final. Once you’ve paid, you can’t cancel or get a refund, except as described above.
  • Results. A paid spot guarantees placement for the week you booked, not a number of views, clicks, or results.
  • Your materials. Trailers and anything else you send must follow the promises in section 4.

Payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number.

9. Disclaimers

The site and its content are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind. We don’t guarantee the site will always be available, uninterrupted, or error-free.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, One Stop Flix is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or its content. Our total liability for any claim related to the site will not exceed $100.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Illinois.

12. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top shows when they last changed. Continuing to use the site means you accept the updated Terms.
